Is this normal?
As you may be aware we will be moving in early July so some of the packing is beginning. Today I went through the closet to sort out shoes and these are all mine!!!!
Gotta say I feel a little embarrassed to own so many shoes. Especially for a guy!

Definitely abnormal. But I think you can be excused, being a performer and all. What I can't understand is how all your running shoes can be so clean???
22 pairs!? And your winter boots aren't even in the picture! Definitely more than I own. We are quite the odd couple!
My rule is as long as you wear them, you can keep them. :) Don't count. :)

My in-laws have a rule that whenever you buy a new pair of shoes an old pair needs to be thrown out. I like Carla's rule better!
That's definitely more shoes than I have! Some of those on the top row look like the same pair!! A few years ago I picked up a new pair of shoes that I really liked and then got home to realize they were exactly the same as a pair I already had at home! I guess I like what I like! Robert convinced me take them back though since the first pair was still good... :-)
Yeah the running shoes are pretty much all the same. They are all Mizuno Wave Riders. You're supposed to retire running shoes after so many miles so I've ended up with a bunch that are retired but still look to be in decent shape.
Is it just me, or are three of those flip flops not even in a pairing?!

Upon second viewing, I see them stacked underneath!
the name Imelda Marcos comes to mind. just jokin'. I have maybe 1/3 of that number.
