National Anthem

Back in the old days when Napster first came on the scene I found this amazing version of the American national anthem sung by Marvin Gaye. It is definitely my favorite performance of it. He put the song into 4/4 time and created a great backup track. I believe this is performed at the 1984 NBA All Star game. It gives me chills every time I hear it and I'm not even American! American's be proud!

Ha! I remember the first time you showed me this and being in awe! Great to see it again, I had actually forgotten about it. I totally love how the fans get into it!

Now ... hand that arrangement over to Martel and see what magic he can do with it! LOL!

very inspirational, I've got an old Motown record with 64 top hits from conception of Motown to 1972, everthing they did was a hit. Unbelievable how those artist have longevity.

Congratulations on the Disney marathon. Just don't see how you and Jeremy have the time to train.

can't wait to hear the new CD this year. I will work on getting you back to Taylors/Greenville, SC.

Take care
